Learning
Being life-long learners and generally curious, Staff take part in company-wide training events to help hone, focus and expand our understanding and effectiveness. There’s a spirit of genuine interest in each other’s learning so you’ll often find a discussion about a recently read book or people huddled around someone’s laptop showing some new technical find or interest.
Balance
When you get engaged and interesting people together, good times are sure to unfold. There are many informal moments where work takes a much needed back seat and staff connect on the many interesting facets of the lives they lead. Lenati also regularly plans off-site events for team building as well as events where spouses/partners and children are welcome.
