Job Title: Marketing & Sales Consultant
Location: Seattle, WA
Position Summary: Primary responsibility is to work directly with clients to create and manage strategic marketing solutions.
Role qualifications:
-Develop market assessment plans to include strategic plans and competitive/market assessments
-Create Go to Market plans including customer segmentation, pricing strategies, ethnographic studies, persona and product roadmap development, stakeholder interviews
-Develop and implement market strategies and programs
-Develops client relationships through daily and/or on-going interface and long-term relationship building
Position responsibilities:
-Manage overall project deliverables and direct/indirect client relationships to meet milestones and deadlines
-Contribute to Lenati’s intellectual assets through documentation of project overviews and deliverables
-Contribute to internal marketing and process improvement efforts through individual and/or team participation
-Contribute to staff recruitment through interviewing or community/professional event participation
Essential skills and experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or economics
-MBA if bachelor’s degree is not in business, marketing or economics
-2+ years consulting or professional services oriented experience
-Experience in one or more of the following strategy/programs: campaign, customer loyalty/retention, community/influencer, relationship marketing, sales/marketing alignment, social media
-Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite applications including: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Visio
-Project management: work plan definition and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration and testing
-Strong verbal and written communication skills including: presentation, meeting facilitation, and documentation
-Ability to effectively communicate with senior management and executives
-Strong organizational, multi-tasking, interpersonal, and planning skills
-General consulting skills, including: team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, implementation planning
