Job Description: Sales Consultant
You will take your years of sales strategy, management and sales operations experience as well as your knowledge of corporate business structure into clients where you will analyze and craft solutions to help them improve the effectiveness of their sales initiatives. Your experience in management, resource planning, team leadership, people development coupled with strong skills in analytical solution thinking and methodical problem solving, will make you the trusted expert to Sales and Marketing leaders, as well as C- Level executives. You will use your active listening skills to ascertain the client’s pain-points. Primarily focused on optimizing B2B sales programs, you have demonstrated expertise in prospecting, presenting, coaching, dynamic questioning and working knowledge of related technologies such as CRM, SFA and webinar tools.
This is a hands-on role that reflects Lenati’s spirit of high-touch service meaning you will be working on-site in the local Seattle region with clients and their teams. You’ll also work collaboratively with a team of Lenati experts to deliver your clearly communicated observations and carefully but easily understood solutions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Participate in strategic assessments for clients identifying current business issues and contributing to defining high impact business intelligence solutions (measures and dimensions).
- Research through stakeholder interviews to gather data in determining business requirements and solutions.
- Lead business scoping activities ensuring solutions that support business objectives.
- Analyze data sets to identify patterns and insights that can be turned into actionable business plans to impact measure performance
Position requirements:
- Target and lead qualification
- Outbound sales strategy: cold-calling, script building and objection handling
- Executive level communication: written, interpersonal and presentation
- Staff training and coaching
- Sales operations analysis and refinement
Required Consulting Skills:
- General consulting skills, including: team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, implementation planning
- Good organizational, multi-tasking, interpersonal, and planning skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including: presentation, meeting facilitation, and documentation skills.
- Project management: work plan definition and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Project and Visio
