Jennifer Winter Managing Partner Jen's passion is helping clients leverage their most important asset – their customers. Throughout her career, she has focused on the design and construction of connected marketing and sales channel programs. Her penchant for technology continues to drive her focus on technology integration and adoption to increase program performance and speed to market. Prior to co-founding Lenati, Jen was a Vice President for the Pacific Northwest practice of Hitachi Consulting and led their Customer Solutions practice. Jen is a graduate of the University of Colorado, where she received a master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology with an emphasis on applied statistics. She serves on the marketing advisory committee for the Pacific Science Center. |

Kris Klein Managing Partner Kris has extensive experience working both as an executive and as a consultant in the high-tech, manufacturing, and software industries. His expertise ranges from business strategy to technology development, and he has a wild hair for sales and channel development in the high tech market. Prior to co-founding Lenati, Kris served as the Managing Vice-President for the Pacific Northwest practice of Hitachi Consulting; senior executive at Primus Knowledge Solutions, Inc. (currently ATG); and a Principal at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. He is a graduate of the University of Washington MBA program and the US Naval Academy. Kris is on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Puget Sound and the Technology Alliance of Washington State. |

Kirk
Johnson Partner What gets Kirk out of bed in the morning is helping clients design and improve their customer experience and increase their revenue through sales, marketing and service excellence. He specializes in business and channel strategy, sales and service optimization as well as implementing the solutions he helps design. His industry experience includes: online, advertising, telecommunications and software. Prior to joining Lenati, Kirk's recent roles include Director of Consulting Services at Hitachi Consulting and Vice President of Global Client Service at Jobster.com. Kirk holds an international MBA from The American Graduate School of International Management (a.k.a Thunderbird) and a BA from the University of Minnesota. |

Martin Mehalchin Principal Martin Mehalchin has dedicated his career to working with executives and managers to help them define their strategies and then translate those strategies into results. He has worked with clients in a broad range of functional areas, but has a particular passion for working with Sales and Marketing leaders. His industry expertise spans high tech and software, financial services, healthcare, retail and media and entertainment. He holds an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and a BA in International Affairs from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Erin McMonigal Principal Erin is passionate about helping clients create a meaningful exchange with their customers – understanding customer needs, translating needs into business opportunities and ultimately delighting their customers. Her experience spans sales, marketing & service and includes a variety of solution areas – sales and channel effectiveness, customer experience definition & optimization, sales/marketing program deployment & measurement and new product articulation. Her industry focus includes high tech, bio tech, software, media, and telecomm. Prior to joining to Lenati, Erin was a Senior Manager at Hitachi Consulting where she led the Sales Strategy and Optimization practice. Erin holds an MBA from the University of Washington and an AB in History and French from Cornell. |

Marc Steiner Principal Helping clients find unusual ways to tackle unusual challenges is what really motivates Marc. He loves applying methods from fields as diverse as biology, political science, and history to develop unique, actionable insights and relevant strategies to support new product introductions and product turnarounds. His diverse industry expertise spans large high tech firms, technology startups, environmental agencies, and cattle feedlots. Marc received his MBA from the Theseus International Management Institute (now EDHEC) in Sophia Antipolis, France, and BAs in Biology & Political Science from Brown University. He's been active assisting local nonprofits as a volunteer for the Taproot Foundation as well. |

Courtney Klein Chief Financial Officer In her capacity as CFO, Courtney oversees all financial, tax, and operational functions at Lenati. Courtney has broad experience in both products and services companies. She joined Lenati at its inception after previous executive roles as General Manager at Trimlite LLC, an international manufacturing company; and VP of Channel Marketing at Aptimus LLC, an online marketing company. Recognized as a CFO of the Year nominee by the Puget Sound Business Journal, Courtney’s philanthropic activities include YWCA and PEPS. She has an MBA in Finance from University of Washington and a BA from the University of California at Davis. |

Eric Smith Director, Recruitment & People Eric is keenly focused on expanding and improving the value of human resources for organizations. Though enamored with technology and process improvement, his interest and talent to help people find new jobs and opportunities eclipsed his pursuits in engineering; He received his BS in Industrial Technology from Western Washington University. His recruiting career began with software and hardware engineers in the Silicon Valley for a semiconductor company. With a move back home to Washington, Eric spent a number of years recruiting UX & designers in the Seattle area for local and national clients. Excited to be part of a super-smart team, Eric made the move to Lenati where his role encompasses different aspects of human resources with emphasis on recruiting and staffing. |
