Forrester Research Inc. Recognizes Lenati for Customer Analytics Services

Lenati’s Customer Insights and Analytics Practice quickly expands its footprint and is ranked one of five Customer Analytics Providers, according to Forrester Research Inc.

Seattle, WA—Lenati, a leading marketing strategy firm, recently revealed that research firm, Forrester Research Inc., has named the company one of five Customer Analytics Providers in the Q2 Vendor Landscape for Customer Analytics Service Providers.

Lenati officially announced the formation of the Customer Insights and Analytics Practice in Fall 2016. Since then, the firm has tripled its Customer Insights and Analytics headcount, expanded its client footprint in retail, high-tech, and life sciences specifically—and most recently been cited as one of five Customer Analytics Providers specializing in customer-focused projects, according to Forrester Research Inc.

“As more companies shift to customer-centric operating models, there’s a real need to provide strategic customer insights and analytics work,” says Managing Partner, Kris Klein, “We had already been providing this service for many of our clients, and we recognized it was time to officially brand and package these strategic services for this unmet need.”

Forrester Research Inc. published a report Tuesday listing Lenati as one of the five Customer Analytics Providers specializing in customer data for customer-focused marketing and customer experience use cases. Director of Customer Insights and Analytics, Jonathan Adler responded, “The formation of this Customer Insights and Analytics Practice has been an incredible value-add to many clients tasked with improving customer acquisition, retention, and customer experience,” says Adler, “In a relatively quick time, we have built advanced behavioral customer segmentation models, churn analyses, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) modeling as part of our core competencies.”

Lenati is forecasting continued growth in customer analytics, and has recently leased a second office building in Seattle to accommodate this growth.
